I believe you can see it by holding down the Alt key and typing 255. There is always one extra file added to the list of deletions, but, the file is never listed. There has to be some solution (I hope). If you have other suggestions, I will try anything. Check This Out

To reset the Recycle Bin, open an elevated Command Prompt window from the Win+X menu in Windows 8. I tried searching the Registry (RegEdit) for "Recycle Bin" but could not find anything that looked like a "0" or "1" switch. You hadn't mentioned the additional drives before. And, if I use Control Panel and select "Administrative Tools/Free Up Disc Space" it shows the file sizes occupied by files in the Recycle Bin for each hard drive.
