I have done this 3 times with no success, had the IT guy out twice and it always looks like it is gone but never is! I even learned to live with the virus and remember to double-click a Google search result instead of clicking it once.Then after a few weeks I downloaded ComboFix again, and saw Don't forget to update the installed program before scanning.
